POSTPONEMENT of Gatherings
Both Locations: Hollywood Campus and Harmony Toluca Lake Campus
Beloved HollywoodUMC and Harmony family:
We as a congregation have long been concerned with being not just a place where all are welcome — but a place where all are safe: spiritually, emotionally and physically. Indeed, Jesus’ great commandments to love God and love our neighbor mandates that extraordinary high level of care for one another.
Your clergy and governance board have made the difficult decision that we will not gather in person at either campus until we can be sure we will all be safe, and our worship together will be meaningful. We hope we will be able to be together this fall, if not sooner. We will be relying on the guidance of our Bishop, the LA County Department of Public Health, and our Mayor Eric Garcetti to make that determination.
Until then, please worship with us Sunday mornings online on Facebook so we can all still be together virtually.

As we worship “virtually” with each other over the coming weeks, I invite you to hold one another close. Lift one another up in prayer. Send a message to someone who might need cheering up, for whom not being physically present in worship is difficult.
Beloved, know that while we are now in the wilderness……… God is faithful and is with us. Above all — know that resurrection is coming.
