MEDITATION GROUP – SECOND MONDAYS (2023)
Most often our meditation time is a solitary endeavor, alone in our own space; however, there is another
rich experience of meditation that can speak to us in amazing ways. Beginning on January 9, 2023, at 7:30 pm – and on the second Monday of each month thereafter, a new in-person meditation group led by Rev. Jefferson Beeker will meet in the Harmony sanctuary.
The weekly “Be Still and Know” meditations will continue on Harmony’s and the “Be Still and Know” Facebook pages.
Whether you have ever meditated, this opportunity can help you have a deeper and more engaging relationship with Spirit/God. We will meditate, share inspirational readings from leading spiritual teachers and writers, and go on a guided journey of discovery. Questions and reflections as you experience your contemplative time can always be shared with Rev Jefferson.
